Actually, That puppeteer flash could be downloaded and opened in flash to see that guy's face, but just because of your description of his face (As short and undescriptive as it was) i'm not doing so :P

Your animation is smooth and fluid. There's potential there. Remember to tell those who say you suck to show their work. Watch them shut up and go back to the dark recesses of the internet. I'll be watching your work, it's always bad-ass to watch someone rise to the top.
If I may be so bold as to offer some advice, I would recommend you look for something original that you can call your own. While it's awesome to see tributes to Krinkel's amazing work, you don't want to be known as someone who just uses other people's work.
